Woke Snow White Movie Continues To Flop At The Box Office
Disney’s woke live action “Snow White” movie starring the very arrogant Rachel Zegler has already lost its top spot in the box office in just its 2nd weekend. “Working Man” starring Jason Statham unexpectedly came in 1st at the domestic box office with 15.2 million, while Snow White grossed just 14.2 million. A disastrous 66% drop from its opening weekend.
14.2 million is a sharp decline from the already disappointing 42 million it made in its 1st weekend, a major red flag for the future box office returns in the coming weeks. The movie is almost guaranteed to lose money for Disney now, just based off its low returns at the box office already.
The budget for “Snow White” is reported to be 250 million and for a movie to be profitable it generally needs to make about 2 to 3 times it’s budget. Disney’s live action “Snow White” is nowhere near on pace to do that.
