Trump Blasts Judiciary Over Deportation Roadblocks
President Trump put the judiciary on notice with a blistering statement, criticizing judges for trying to prevent him from deporting criminals out of the country.
“We need Courageous JUSTICE in our Country. If the Courts don’t allow what we have been allowed to do for 250 years, America can no longer be the same. Crooked Joe Biden will have destroyed our Country with his Open Border MADNESS, allowing criminals of every type to enter with no retribution. Murderers, drug dealers, gang members, and even the mentally insane will make their home in our Country, wreaking havoc like we have never seen before. It is not possible to have trials for millions and millions of people. We know who the criminals are, and we must get them out of the U.S.A. — and FAST!”
The Supreme Court recently prevented the Trump administration from deporting several criminal illegal migrants based on an emergency petition filed by the ACLU. It was unprecedented for the Supreme Court to temporarily prevent a sitting administration from deporting illegal criminals.
The Trump administration has attempted to use the Aliens and Enemies Act to speed up the deportation process for illegal immigrants, but many left-wing groups have been suing to block its usage. While the act is old and rarely used, it was passed by Congress and it is perfectly legal for the administration to use it. However, activist judges and left-wing groups are trying to stand in the way of the Trump administration.
It appears as if some of these judges are trying to overturn the 2024 election by not allowing Trump to govern as he ran on. This needs to stop, or the American public will begin to lose faith in our institutions.
