Tim Walz Suggests 2024 Election Was Stolen
During a town hall in Texas, Tim Walz was asked a question by a voter suggesting the 2024 election was stolen.
“Analyses were released of election data in Nevada showing some pretty convincing evidence of election tampering. My biggest fear is we don't make it to the midterms,” the voter said.
Now a responsible response by Walz would have been to say there is not evidence that the election was tampered with. But Walz did not shoot down the accusation, and in fact suggested it was an accurate assessment.
"Yeah. Yeah, this one is important - we just saw Donald Trump's executive order [making it harder for] women to vote... the first things they do is restrict the vote,” Walz.
It’s pretty remarkable that the party that screamed that Trump was a danger to democracy because he was an election denier, is now fine with going along with baseless election conspiracy theories when they are the ones who lose.
Trump’s execeutive order is meant to make it harder for non citizens to vote and to make voter fraud more difficult to take place. It’s not about voter suppression and certainly has nothing to do with stealing the 2024 election.
