RFK JR. Makes Major Move Against Vaccines
According to a recent report from CBS, the entire staff of the federal government’s Office of Infectious Disease and HIV/AIDS policy is expected to be laid off. This is part of larger restructuring plan ordered by HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr in coordination with the Trump administration goal to restructure health policy in the United States.
The National Vaccine Program was run by OIDP, so the vaccine program will be gutted with these staff layoffs. HHS has also hired a known critic, David Geiger, to do a study on vaccines to see if there is any link to vaccinations and autism.
Recentlly a top vaccine official, Dr. Peter Marks, resigned from the FDA. He wrote a letter to Acting FDA Commissioner Sara Brenner stating that RFK’s views on vaccines was the reason for his resignation. “It has become clear that truth and transparency are not desired by the Secretary, but rather he wishes subservient confirmation of his misinformation and lies,” Marks proclaimed.
It’s clear the Trump administration and RFK are trying to keep their promise of systemic change in the arena of health policy in the United States. So re-examining any possible links between autism and vaccines on the face of it is not unreasonable.
