Kamala Harris Favored To Win Democratic Party Nomination In 2028

According to the latest poll from Morning Consult, former vice president Harris is a DOUBLE DIGIT favorite to win the Democrat Party nomination.

🔵 AOC 5%
🔵 Newsom 5%
🔵 Cuban 4%
🔵 Shapiro 4%
🔵 Booker 3%

Now Morning Consult does not have a good track record, badly getting the 2020 election wrong and not doing much better in 2024, but the results are interesting nonetheless. This could of course just be a byproduct of name recognition, and the fact we are so far away from 2028.

Harris only got the nomination in 2024 because Biden endorsed her to be his successor. But in 2020 when she tried to actually compete for a nomination she got creamed. So it’s not clear that actual primary voters would still have interest in Harris if she does decide to run for president again.
